This is a 5-week virtual training program that will meet via Zoom in the Summer of 2022. In this virtual peer learning experience, we will explore how to use action and scenario planning tools to work with your board and others to set a direction for your organization.
This program offers optional, open virtual workspace with Extension professionals weekly while the virtual content-delivery dates are paired with self-paced individualized, asynchronous study utilizing technology tools from Canvas (an online educational course platform used by UW-Madison).
What participants will gain?
As an active participant in this peer cohort, our objectives include:
• Exploring various planning tools to help set a direction for your organization.
• Analyzing organizational scenarios for adaptation to times of uncertainty.
• Identifying opportunities for ongoing learning through a connection with a peer network.
This next cohort will target nonprofit professionals from Kenosha, Racine, Waupaca and Taylor Counties. We are eager to bring together an excellent slate of leaders through this statewide program.
Upcoming Dates:
Wednesdays, 11a-12:30p: July 20 – Aug 17
Fridays (optional), 11-12p: July 22 – Aug 12
