This course, Youth for the Quality Care of Animals, is required for anyone wanting to show animals at the Kenosha County Fair (except for dogs and horses). Pre-registration is required at yqcaprogram.org. Youths must also take a pre-test before the training. Certificates will be issued after the training and after youth have taken a post-test.
