Wisconsin’s Green Industry includes nursery tree growers, greenhouse growers, sod producers, landscape contractors, lawn care service providers, urban foresters, garden retail centers and Christmas tree growers. The Green Industry in Kenosha and Racine Counties has generated thousands of seasonal jobs and created $13.2 million and $9.2 million worth of economic activities respectively.  Extension Kenosha and Racine County provides science-based training programs and services to the Green Industry to promote sustainable landscape and environment.
